Alright, lovelies, you may remember I told a little fib in my last post. Sorry--I don't like lying to you guys, but don't worry! I'm here today to set the record straight and let the truth be known.
Most of you guessed my lie was about loving opera.
Were you right?
The lie was....
"At one point, I had over twenty rabbits."
You guys will believe I had twenty+ rabbits, but loving opera is insanely unbelievable. :)
I did, at one point, have a rabbit, and yes, its hair did end up clogging the AC unit, but no. I've never had that many of any type of animal.
So, yes, contrary to popular belief, I do actually love opera. I've never put any on my blog's play list because...well, I figured you guys probably wouldn't like it as much as I would. (And I think I guessed right. Lol!)
Just so you know I'm not pulling your leg, here are a few of my favorites:

This quote (from one of my favorite movies of all time, The Shawshank Redemption) pretty much sums up my feelings on opera...
"I have no idea to this day what those two Italian ladies were singing about. Truth is, I don't want to know. Some things are best left unsaid. I'd like to think they were singing about something so beautiful, it can't be expressed in words, and makes your heart ache because of it. I tell you, those voices soared higher and farther than anybody in a gray place dares to dream."
